About us
Colle Regnano is nestled in the heart of the hills of the Marche region, in Tolentino, in a part of the area that remains largely undiscovered: the inland Marche.
A nineteenth-century farmhouse, carefully restored using natural materials, is home to three apartments and three guest rooms, each featuring a timeless Italian design aesthetic, where the heritage of rural architecture meets a refined, contemporary language.

The property is built around four complementary dimensions — hospitality, cuisine, well-being, and experiences — all connected by a shared idea of time: slow time.
The restaurant celebrates seasonality, with a cuisine rooted in the kitchen garden and entrusted to chefs in residence. The spa, swimming pool, and outdoor spaces turn well-being into an everyday practice rather than simply a service.

STAY
Staying at Colle Regnano means inhabiting a place, not simply passing through it. Three apartments and four rooms combine rural architecture, natural materials and historic Italian design. At Colle Regnano, food begins with the land. The kitchen follows the seasons, drawing from the garden, local producers and the culinary heritage of the Marche. WELLNESS
Well-being is woven naturally into the rhythm of the day. The spa, gym, infinity pool and surrounding landscape create spaces for rest, movement and reconnection.
