The rooms are to the first (Folletti) and second floor (del Re, Mistero), with bathroom and independent entrance; they are for use single, double and triple.

The apartments are to the ground floor, first and second floor. They are composed of two-rooms (double room, kitchen with cooking angle and sofa bed) more bathroom and balcony or veranda; one is adapted for disables. They can hold two, three, five and up to nine persons.

All the lodgings are much brights, they show on the surrounding country with sight on the Sibillini Mountains, on the garden and on the little church of the Regnano's hamlet; with independent heating, telephone and tv.
