5.10.2011 – NEW RESTAURANT IN ARCHITECTURE UNITED FARM HILL BIOCLIMATIC

5.7.2011 – UNITED FARM HILL SELECTED AMONG THE 11 MODELS OF GOOD FARM MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE
Colle Kingdom of Toledo has been selected to represent Italian excellence in the “Review of Best Practices” conducted within the Project V-3DAS (Agri-3D Virtual Stage for experiential learning) approved and co-financed by the Commission European Union (www.v3das.com) under the Lifelong Learning Programme – KA3.Promoted by the Italian Serifos (www.serifo.it) in the virtual address Words Isn partenrship with Italy, Austria Auxilium, CFPPA Beaune France, Spain, IFES, EJ TEI Greece and Hungary, the challenge launched by the agricultural sector to implement a process of renewal of the entrepreneurial class of farmers in terms of generational change.

3.5.2011 – WAITING FOR THE BIG ISSUE OF 150 YEARS OF UNITY OF ITALY 815 Tolentino, a reenactment of the Battle of Tolentino, THE FIRST OF ITALY fought for independence
Officially unveiled the 2011 edition of Tolentino 815, Historical Re-enactment of the Battle of Tolentino Tolentino organized by the 815 and the City of Toledo. 4.4.2011 – HILL UNITED NEW CONQUEST OF THE MARK OF QUALITY ” HOSPITALITY ‘ITALIAN “For the year 2011 Farm Hill Kingdom was awarded the Quality Mark” Italian Hospitality “, a project realized by the Chamber of Commerce of Maceratacollaboration with Isnart, Province of Macerata, Marche Marche Region and Unioncamere (www.mc.camcom.it/P42A0C97S40/Turismo.htm).

24.2.2011 – FOURTH YEAR OF CLEAN ENERGY FOR UNITED FARM HILL TOLENTINO WITH SOLAR PANELS
On 18 February, the Kingdom of Tolentino Hill Farm has completed the fourth year of clean energy: 48,000 kWh generated by the installation of solar panels of 10 kW, which make the cover of a canopy of pine for car parking, one of the first examples of the region in agriculture (http://www.colleregnano.it/public/paginaita10869.aspx).
The production of electricity has almost reached the same estimated and has covered 100% of the consumption of the accommodation, allowing a total reduction in CO2 emissions of 40 tons
The photovoltaic system was then joined by a solar thermal system for hot water and heating the pool, and is planning a geothermal system for heating the new premises. All of these plants using renewable sources can make it almost self-sufficient in energy structure.

The nineteenth-century farmhouse has been renovated in 2006 and in complete harmony with man, using only natural materials, green building techniques and bio-ecological architecture, to stay healthy and aware.
Particular attention was given to the quality of facilities, energy saving and resources to properly manage the waste collection, with the use of renewable sources, solar, photovoltaic and geothermal, waste-water treatment with constructed wetlands and use of products environmentally friendly.
To confirm this setting, the farm has been certified environmental LegambienteTurismo that the “recommended for commitment to environmental protection”, is part of the bio-ecological Farm of AIAB, ICEA and the circuit EcoBio Tourism World Eco Hotel, unique in the Marche region.
